It seems I just cannot get away from purple. I tried to go for something quite opposite to what you would consider a fall look here. I ditched the dark lip and instead used a pale lilac. One of my all time favourite lipsticks from Illamasqua.
I hope you enjoyed this post and as always, check out the rest of my social media. Until next time.

I thought that I would type up a quick post sharing some of the beauty products I have been swooning over these days. I’m hoping to get my hands on these products soon, especially the lipstick shades from the new Illamasqua collection. They look amazing right? Let me know what’s on your wish list down in the comments below, I would love to hear from you:).
Also, I would love to hear any ideas or requests you have for new blog posts. I am planning to post a lot more so any ideas on things you would like me to review or posts about are welcome:).
BareMinerals Buxom Plumping Lip Polish in ‘Debbie’ 4.45ml, £18.00
I’ve been using this for about a month now. I really wanted to give this lipgloss a good shot before i reviewed it. To be honest i have never been into lipgloss for the sole reason of my lips being really sticky and my hair getting stuck to it. It’s safe to say this is the first lipgloss that hasn’t annoyed me. I don’t feel like i need any ‘plumping up’ when it come to my lips as i am pretty happy with their size but when i apply this lipgloss by itself or over a lipstick it makes my lips looks nice and even but also adds a lovely sheer bit of colour. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this lipgloss to anyone who has a problem with lip products containing menthol as this one contains a lot of it. I quite like the feeling of it on my lips regardless and really enjoy the look of it as well. I also really like the smell of it although i cant quite explain what it smells of. To sum up i recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a sheer bit of colour to even out their lips:) Here is some more shots of the gloss:
So i took a trip to Boots the other day and picked up a few nail colours for summer. I should really only buy one varnish at a time because now i feel like wearing all 3 of them at the same time:). The one on the far left is a lovely lilac shade by Revlon called ‘Charming’, followed by a fuchsia kind of purple called ‘Plum Seduction’. Finally on the right is a Bourjois colour called ‘Adora-bleu’ which i am probably most excited about because it is a very interesting shade of pastel blue. All in all let’s all ditch the dark colours of winter for the beautiful pastels this summer! All in favour say aye!!

Recently I’ve been absolutely in love with lip products. Lipsticks, lip glosses, lip stains you name it! I want them all! I have been on a hunt for some very long wearing lip colours for quite a wile now. It seems however long the colour stayed on my lips, it still wasn’t enough for me. I wanted more. About a week ago my prayers were answered and i found these little beauties! Not only is there a great range of colours, they stay on FOREVER and for £8.99 it is soooo worth it. I purchased mines in Boots but i would imagine they’re available in most drugstores that carry Maybelline. The lip gloss goes on really opaque. The product feels sticky on the lips but only until it dries and when it does it is there to stay no matter how many times you drink out of a glass or how many times you eat. The only thing is that my lips did feel a little dry and dehydrated after few hours but that is when the lip balm became usefull. It provided loads of moisture for my lips and did not take off or temper with any of the product already on my lips. One busy day later my lip colour looked exactly the way it did in the morning when i first applied it :-). It is definitely a 10/10 for me :-).
Here’s what the shades look like on the lips
